- Yes. You can try CASUS Standard free of charge for 14 days and explore the full workspace before deciding whether to subscribe.
- Is there a minimum contract?
- No long-term commitment is required. Standard is available with monthly or annual billing and can be cancelled at any time.
- How much does CASUS Standard cost?
- CH: Standard costs CHF 145 per user per month with monthly billing, or CHF 1,440 per user per year with annual billing (equivalent to CHF 120 per user per month). DE/AT: Standard costs EUR 155 per user per month with monthly billing, or EUR 1,560 per user per year with annual billing (equivalent to EUR 130 per user per month). All listed prices are net prices.
- Can I pay annually?
- Yes. Annual billing is available at CHF 1,440 per user per year in Switzerland (CHF 120 per month equivalent), or EUR 1,560 per user per year in Germany and Austria (EUR 130 per month equivalent).
- How does CASUS Advanced pricing work?
- CASUS Advanced is available on request for organisations that need capabilities such as SSO, access controls, extended workflows and integrations, plus SLA and priority support. We will prepare a proposal based on your requirements. #### Switching and setup
- Can I use CASUS if my firm’s IT blocks Word Add-ins?
- Yes. CASUS is also available as a web application. The Word Add-in requires approval in your Microsoft environment; if it is not available, your team can use the web application while the IT requirements are clarified.
- How long does it take to get started?
- The CASUS Word Add-in is officially listed in the Microsoft Store. Standard setup takes about five minutes; because it is an officially listed Add-in, IT and compliance approval is usually straightforward. Internal policies can still require additional approval. #### Security and data
- Where is my data stored?
- CASUS keeps data in Switzerland and the EU. Client-matter content and workspace data are hosted in Zurich; the applicable security documentation explains the processing setup in detail.
- Do you train AI on my documents?
- No. CASUS and its model providers do not use customer documents or queries to train or fine-tune AI models.
- Is CASUS suitable for confidential client work?
- CASUS is designed to meet the requirements of professional and attorney-client confidentiality as well as GDPR and Swiss DSG. Data is kept in Switzerland and the EU, and legal professionals remain responsible for reviewing AI-supported work before relying on it.
- Is CASUS suitable for firms outside Switzerland?
- Yes. CASUS can also be used outside Switzerland and DACH. A valid VAT/UID number is required to subscribe.
