CASUS Technologies AG is established in Switzerland and has no German branch. Services offered to customers established or resident outside Switzerland are available as paid services only to entrepreneurs and business customers, subject to the CASUS Terms. Professional-secrecy commitments for German lawyers are set out in Section 11 and the Germany Annex to the Terms.

CASUS Technologies AG is established in Switzerland and has no Austrian branch. The Company provides its online services from Switzerland in accordance with the country-of-origin principle reflected in § 20 ECG.
