Contract benchmarking compares a contract with an internal standard, such as a playbook for NDAs or SPAs, and shows where it deviates. CASUS Benchmark gives every contract a match score, names missing or deviating clauses and suggests the right wording from your playbook.

You create a Benchmark per contract type from your internal best practices, for example your standard NDA, SPA or DPA positions. Your team can then measure every new contract of that type against it.

The match score shows in percent how closely a contract follows your playbook. Below the score, CASUS lists which requirements are met and which clauses are missing or deviate.

Yes. For every missing or deviating clause, CASUS suggests wording from your playbook. In Word, you insert it with one click at the right place in the document.

Yes. Benchmark runs in the CASUS Add-in for Microsoft Word on the open document and in the CASUS web app.
