Mathias Ringler

Mathias Ringler is a Founders Associate at CASUS in Zurich, working at the intersection of go-to-market, marketing operations, and product-adjacent execution. In this role, he supports the founders on everything that accelerates growth and execution – from positioning and sales assets to website and analytics topics, as well as structured customer feedback that is translated directly into prioritized product iterations.

His background is strongly rooted in operations management. During his time in city marketing and venue management in Schwaz, he was responsible for operational planning and the delivery of projects and events. This experience continues to shape his working style today – clear processes, strong execution, measurable outcomes, and high quality standards under time pressure.

Mathias is originally from Tyrol (Austria) and now lives in Zurich. He has been with CASUS since September 2025.
